This is the Zerowake GATES Operations Team.

Following today’s system update, we’ve carefully reviewed all the feedback you’ve shared with us. 

We recognize that some parts of this overhaul did not fully reflect real gameplay flow and player usage patterns, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

Based on the input Awakeners sent and internal discussion, we’ve prioritized the following adjustments:

1) Battle Ration Recharge Speed Increased

To reduce the waiting time burden, we’ve increased the Battle Ration recharge speed.

Before: +2 every 10 minutes (up to 25 hours)

After: +5 every 10 minutes (up to 10 hours)

2) Purchase Limit Changes for Select Packages

Applies to Limited Run – Esper/Guide Packages 1–4

Before: 1 purchase per account

After: 1 purchase per day

※ The updated purchase conditions will apply starting January 23.

3) Known Issues (LinkTalk)

We’ve identified the following issues while using LinkTalk:

- Replies not being delivered

→ Please note that in some cases, messages may not receive a reply if the content is restricted under our model policy (for example, if it’s determined to be harmful or inappropriate). In these situations, the message may be blocked and no response will be provided.

- Chat history disappearing

→ If your chat history disappears, please contact Customer Support and include your UID, so we can investigate and assist you.

- Korean replies appearing while playing in another language

We are currently investigating the cause of these issues and working on fixes, and we’re preparing to include them in the next update. We’ll share further progress in a separate notice once available.

4) Compensation

To help make up for the inconvenience, we’ll be providing the following compensation:

Compensation: 200 Battle Rations

Moving forward, we’ll take greater care to review player experience and gameplay flow before making major system changes, 

so we can prevent similar issues from happening again.
